Review the Pilot Plan
The Insurance Operations Pilot Plan

An insurance operations pilot starts with one claims, underwriting, or servicing team, and a baseline agreed before deployment. Here is how we run it, what we measure, and what stays with your core systems and your compliance team.
How the pilot works
- Scope: One claims, underwriting, or servicing team, agreed with operations before anything is configured.
- Business question: A specific question, such as where work piles up between steps or how long it takes to answer an audit question about who handled what.
- Data collected: Only what's needed to answer that question, disclosed to the team in advance, along with what isn't collected.
- Who's involved: Operations, compliance, security, and HR review the plan before launch.
- Review process: Results are reviewed against the agreed baseline with compliance and security in the room, before anything is shared more widely.
- Boundaries: Spectosoft doesn't replace your claims or policy administration systems, and it doesn't make or influence claim or underwriting decisions. Whether a result meets a regulatory requirement is for your compliance team to decide.
What we'll measure
- Workload visibility across the pilot team
- Idle and non-case time
- Time to answer an audit question using activity records
- Supervisor time to act on an exception
- Sensitive-data alerts raised and how many were reviewed
What this pilot doesn't claim
We won't use pilot results to promise faster cycle times, better loss outcomes, or regulatory approval. Those depend on your systems, your people, and your regulators. Spectosoft shows the workflow evidence behind them.
