Review the Pilot Plan
The Finance & Accounting Teams Pilot Plan

A finance and accounting pilot starts with one team and a baseline agreed before deployment. Here is how we run it, what we measure, and what stays with your accounting systems and your finance leadership.
How the pilot works
- Scope: One finance or accounting team, agreed with finance leadership before anything is configured.
- Business question: A specific question, such as where work stalls during close or how long it takes to answer an audit question about how a task was handled.
- Data collected: Only what's needed to answer that question, disclosed to the team in advance, along with what isn't collected.
- Who's involved: Finance leadership, compliance, security, and HR review the plan before launch.
- Review process: Results are reviewed against the agreed baseline with finance leadership before anything is shared more widely.
- Boundaries: Spectosoft doesn't replace your ERP or accounting systems, and it doesn't approve, post, or change entries. Whether a result meets an audit or regulatory requirement is for your compliance team to decide.
What we'll measure
- Workload visibility across the pilot team
- Manual and idle time
- Time to answer an audit question using activity records
- Supervisor time to act on an exception
- Sensitive-data alerts raised and how many were reviewed
What this pilot doesn't claim
We won't use pilot results to promise a shorter close, cleaner audits, or lower cost. Those depend on your processes, your systems, and your people. Spectosoft shows the workflow evidence behind them.
