Review the Pilot Plan
The Enterprise Shared Services Pilot Plan

A shared services pilot starts with one function or site and a baseline agreed before deployment. Here is how we run it, what we measure, and what stays with your ticketing and enterprise systems.
How the pilot works
- Scope: One shared services function or site, agreed with operations before anything is configured.
- Business question: A specific question, such as where work stalls between handoffs or why escalations take long to resolve.
- Data collected: Only what's needed to answer that question, disclosed to the team in advance, along with what isn't collected.
- Who's involved: Operations, HR, security, and function leads review the plan before launch.
- Review process: Results are reviewed against the agreed baseline with function leads before anything is shared more widely.
- Boundaries: Spectosoft doesn't replace your ticketing, case management, or ERP systems. Rolling out across more functions or sites comes after the pilot, and is scoped with you separately.
What we'll measure
- Workload visibility across the pilot function
- Idle and rework time
- Time to answer an escalation using activity records
- Supervisor time to act on an exception
- Sensitive-data alerts raised and how many were reviewed
What this pilot doesn't claim
We won't use pilot results to promise cost savings, headcount changes, or service improvements across other functions. One function's results describe that function. Spectosoft shows the workflow evidence your leaders can use to decide what comes next.
