Review the Pilot Plan

The Call Center Pilot Plan

Call center team reviewing operational performance during a pilot

A call center pilot starts with one team, one question, and a baseline agreed before anything is switched on. Here is how we run it, what we measure, and what stays with your existing systems.

How the pilot works

  • Scope: One team or queue, agreed with your operations team before anything is configured.
  • Business question: A single, specific question, such as where idle time builds up between interactions or why one exception keeps coming back.
  • Data collected: Only what's needed to answer that question. Session replay and screenshots are configured for the pilot if the question calls for them, and are not on by default.
  • Who's involved: Operations, HR, security, and employee representatives where applicable all review the plan before launch.
  • Review process: Results are reviewed against the agreed baseline with team leads before they go any wider.
  • Boundaries: Spectosoft doesn't replace your telephony, ACD, or workforce management system. Forecasting, routing, and quality scoring stay where they are unless a verified integration connects them.

What we'll measure

  • Live seat status and idle time patterns across the pilot team
  • Supervisor time needed to find and act on an exception
  • Time to answer a quality or escalation question using activity records
  • Risk alerts raised and how many were reviewed
  • Questions, concerns, and policy exceptions raised by agents during the pilot

What this pilot doesn't claim

We won't use pilot results to promise a change in handle time, service level, or attrition. Those outcomes belong to the systems and decisions that already own them. Spectosoft shows the workflow evidence behind them.
