Review the Pilot Plan
The Outsourcing & Agency Pilot Plan

An agency pilot runs on one account, without touching how you bill. Here's how we scope it, what gets measured, and what we leave for your project and billing systems to confirm.
How the pilot works
- Scope: One internal or consenting client account. Your billing system of record stays unchanged throughout.
- Business question: A specific question about capacity, such as where effort is fragmented or which accounts are quietly over capacity.
- Data collected: Supported time, application, and activity data, compared against your existing time and project records, not replacing them.
- Who's involved: Delivery leads, resource managers, and finance leaders who already own utilization and margin reporting.
- Review process: Every mismatch between Spectosoft signals and your project or time records is documented and reviewed before any figure goes into a client conversation.
- Boundaries: Spectosoft doesn't generate invoices, issue client portals, or automatically classify billable work. Human review stays part of any billing-related decision.
What we'll measure
- Completeness and timeliness of existing time records
- Frequency of account or tool switching during delivery work
- Sustained after-hours work and workload imbalance
- Operations time spent preparing weekly account reviews
- Number and cause of material differences between activity, time, and project records
What this pilot doesn't claim
We won't promise a specific margin or profitability improvement. A pilot can show where workload is imbalanced or fragmented. What you do with that finding, in scope, staffing, or pricing, is what actually moves the number.
