Review the Pilot Plan
The Healthcare Readiness Assessment

Healthcare has the highest bar before any pilot begins. Before Spectosoft touches a workflow that may involve protected health information, we complete a readiness gate with your legal, security, and privacy teams, and a signed BAA.
How the readiness process works
- Scope: Administrative workflows first, such as scheduling, billing, support, or telehealth operations. Clinical workflows come later, only after healthcare-specific privacy and safety review.
- Business question: Defined jointly, with the lowest-sensitivity workflow prioritized for the first evaluation.
- Data boundaries: Data elements that may contain protected health information are identified and excluded or masked before anything is collected.
- Who's involved: Legal, security, privacy, product, and your organization all approve the use case and BAA before a pilot begins.
- Review process: Access, audit, retention, deletion, export, and incident-response behavior are all reviewed as part of readiness, not assumed.
- Current Status: Spectosoft's BAA and HIPAA operational readiness program is in progress. We do not currently claim HIPAA certification, SOC 2 coverage, or ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
What a healthcare pilot will measure, once approved
- Data elements that may contain protected health information
- Applications, fields, and screens that must be excluded or masked
- Access, audit, retention, deletion, export, and incident-response behavior
- Time spent in a defined administrative workflow, before and after a process change
- False inferences, staff objections, and patient-safety concerns
What this page doesn't claim
Spectosoft is not HIPAA certified, SOC 2 examined, or ISO/IEC 27001 certified today. A BAA is a contract, not a certification, and we won't describe it as one.
